OISHII 

Our namesake Belgian (which translates to "tasty" "yummy" "delicious" in Japanese) witbier style influence is apparent, with whole-seed coriander popping out on the nose, followed by a hint of lemongrass. Ginger tip-toes in, coming with an almost tingly, peppercorn-like cooling sensation on the tongue as opposed to spicy heat. The subtlety concludes with a pithy citrus-peel finish / pint /  4.7 ABV / 14
